			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is Ryan, and although I saw his photos awhile back I never had a chance to connect with him to get more information on him.  Well I finally got his bio, and although I normally don&#8217;t like self-photos in the mirror I will make exceptions if they are good enough quality.  And in this case I really wanted to get some photos of Ryan up.  Ryan said his bodyfat is only 3.4% which is definitely cool, you can see from his photos how built and ripped someone can look with such low bodyfat - he looks great.  I would like to get additional photos of Ryan to post so I am working with him on that. </p>

Hey my name is Ryan Lowery, I am 19 years old, born in RAF Lakenheath England, my father was an AirForce pilot so I moved around my whole life.  Being an athlete in highschool really inspired me to stive to be the best which got me very into weight lifting and fitness training.<br />

<p>My workout routine varies from week to week, it really depends on what I believe I need to work on to stay as proportionate as possible.</p>
<p>You have to have somthing that pumps you up when you are lifting, music in my opinion is the best way to do that. Personal favorites include Eminem, tupac, and lil wayne.</p>

<p>My plan is to become a model and make enough money to get myself out to LA Cali and work my way up in the modeling world there. At the moment I spend the majority of my day in my gym, which I am also employed at. Other hobbies include modeling, and riding motorcycles.</p>

<p>One additional thing that is very beneficial to Ryan is that he is tall - 6&#8242;1&#8243;, so  he&#8217;s in the perfect height range.  I think Ryan has a lot going to for him, and hope to see more of him in the future.  If I can get more photos of Ryan i&#8217;ll be posting &#8216;em!</p>

<p>So one thing I always have in the back of my mind is when I add a new model or aspiring model is that I don&#8217;t say something idiotic and embarrass them or myself because I obviously think they have the kind of physique or look (or both) to eventually make a name for themselves in fitness or fashion or entertainment or whatever it may be that they would like to pursue. Well in Jake&#8217;s case I really don&#8217;t think I have to say anything at all, because these photos speak for themselves.</p>
<p>Along with his photos is Jake&#8217;s bio, and when I have more time I would like to do an online interview with Jake because I wouldn&#8217;t be surprised to see more of him in the future&#8230;.</p>

<p>My name is Jake, and I am 25 years old and I live in the midwestern USA. I am a full-time registered nurse and I am a part-time personal trainer. I have a beautiful wife of almost three years. I have one year left of Graduate School.</p>

<p>What inspired you to get into weightlifting or fitness?</p>
<p>Sports inspired me. I remember vividly one night as a sophomore in high school as I was working out on a small home gym; I thought to myself I would religiously try to workout everyday to get stronger for football and basketball. From then on, it became apart of my daily routine.</p>

<p>A normal workout routine for me is and two body part split i.e. (back and chest), I usually try to hit each major muscle group once a week, maybe twice depending on my fitness goals. I usually try to complete 3-4 exercises per muscle group 3-4 sets of 6-12 repetitions; again it depends on my goals. I try to do some sort of Cardio exercise, hitting the heavy bag, basketball, rowing machine, or racquetball; three days for 30mins or so.</p>

<p>What kind of music do you like for working out?</p>
<p>Music, it just varies depending on my mood. Usually, I like fast pace music that will get the blood flowing and gets me focused; Eminem, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Lil’ Wanye.</p>

<p>What are your goals for the future?</p>
<p>I have a lot of them, but the main goal I have is to do something I love and to give my wife and I and our future children the financial freedom to do what we want, when we want to do it!</p>

<p>1. Tell me I can’t do something, I will prove you wrong or die trying.</p>

<p>My names Sean and im 20 years old from midwest. I was inspired to get into weightlifting after seeing how inportant it is to be able to defend yourself as well as women find it appealing.</p>

<p>My normal <span id="lw_1276287873_0" class="yshortcuts" style="border-bottom: #366388 2px dotted; cursor: hand;">workout routine</span> consists of upper body and lower body two days a week as well as I unload trucks so that pretty much fills in the other days and you should at least have two days rest in between heavy lifting. I have never done any competitve contets althogh I do like to watch the <span id="lw_1276287873_1" class="yshortcuts">strongman competition</span> because it shows what the human mind is capeable of.</p>

<p>Advice for gains make sure you takeing a multi vitamin and protein I have take BSN No Explode as well as a <span id="lw_1276287873_2" class="yshortcuts">Omega 3</span> for brain and heart health the NO Explode for preworkout only thow.Most inportantly work hard and lift smart eat a balanced diet and get atleast 7hrs of sleep and you should see inprovements within yourself.</p>

<p>I first started lifting weights for football.    When I noticed a rapid increase in strength gains I began competing in powerlifting competitions. In doing this I set two American records in the bench press for my weight and age. I started getting into bodybuilding after a few guys at my gym said I should try it out. I began reading and watching videos about bodybuilding to gain some more knowledge. After that I was hooked. I planned my first competition and changed my training and diet accordingly.</p>

<div><span>I  competed in two bodybuilding competitions so far. My last show was on August 23rd. It was the Muscle Mania Kumite Classic in Pittsburgh PA. At this show I received 1st place in the teen division and 3rd place in the open light weight division. I had a great time and gained a lot of experience. I&#8217;m looking forward to future competitions.</span></div>

<div><span>Some advice I would give to people interested in bodybuilding and fitness are to stay consistent with your workouts. It takes time to gain quality muscle and you have to be patient. Your diet also plays a big rule in achieving muscle gains. It is important to eat high amounts of protein, moderate carbs, and low fat. Supplementation can help you get faster gains and intensify your workout.</span></div>

<p>I was born in Colombia, South America. I stayed there until i was 6 years old after which i was adopted with my 5 siblings by an American couple from Idaho. I moved to idaho in 1989, and yah it was quite a culture shock. I have always been active ever since i was a kid and i love to play sports. I went to state in track 2 years in a row in high school.  I also played on a few city league basketball teams.</p>

And I am really excited to have him on.  Kyle is a fitness trainer and bodybuilder from the USA, and he&#8217;s getting ripped up for his first bodybuilding competition next spring (he&#8217;s currently 6&#8242;1 and 215 lbs), which you&#8217;ll see a preview of in the last two pics in this set.   And as you&#8217;ll see from all his pics, he&#8217;s got a lot to work with in the physique and stature department.   He&#8217;s got really good symmetry, great arms and pecs and some pretty mean looking traps&#8230;he looks awesome!   Plus he&#8217;s just an all around great guy.  I had the opportunity to interview Kyle about his upcoming competition as well as some other things he&#8217;s pursuing right now, and I will be posting that interview soon.  So stay tuned for more info on Kyle.</p>

<p>mike:  So when did you decide to think about fitness modeling?</p>
<p>Nino:  I have always been interested in fitness.  I first started going to the gym when I was 15 years old.  Ever since then it has become a passion for me.  I think it is great to show off your hard work that you put into the gym to get the results that you want.</p>
<p>mike:  I agree, I think that&#8217;s a big part of it is being able to sculpt yourself.  In some ways I think weightlifters and bodybuilders are sort of like artists, you know?<br />
mike:  but I guess it&#8217;s a living sculpture rather than something in stone</p>
<p>Nino:  Yeah, I agree.  Working towards making an evenly balanced good looking body is hard work.</p>
<p>mike:  exactly.  so you were saying your are in Italy now, but you&#8217;re originally from New York?</p>
<p>Nino:   New York</p>
<p>mike:  ah ok.  And are you going to school there or do you work?<br />
mike:  or both?</p>
<p>Nino:  I go to school here in Italy.</p>
<p>mike:  oh cool.  have you decided yet what you want to do after you&#8217;re done with school?</p>
<p>Nino:  Well I am studying International Business and a minor in Italian Studies.  I would like to get a job in the International Pharmaceutical business between Italy and America.</p>
<p>mike:  Ah that sounds like a good plan</p>

<p>mike:  So what is your current workout routine right now?  You look great so whatever you&#8217;re doing you are doing right!</p>
<p>Nino:  Well every 6 weeks I change up my workout routine to keep my body from becoming used to a certain pattern.  As of right now I am doing Chest with Tri&#8217;s, Back &amp; Bi&#8217;s, Shoulders &amp; Traps, then legs.  Everyday I go into the gym I do different excersizes for each bodypart that I am working out.<br />
Nino:  I never follow a pattern of machines.</p>
<p>mike:  That&#8217;s a good idea, I read that your body adapts to routines and then stops progressing<br />
mike:  So mixing it up constantly keeps it from getting used to any one thing<br />
mike:  Do you take any supplements?<br />
mike:  Or what is your diet like?</p>
<p>Nino:  Yes.  I have a protein shake immediatly after the gym and one before going to bed.  I take a multi-vitamen and every couple months I do a cycle of creatine.<br />
Nino:  As far as diet goes.  I dont drink coke or anything carbonated for that matter.  Nothing fried or fast food.  Normally fish, chicken, turkey, salmon, salads and vegetables.  Not too picky as long as its realtivly healthy</p>
<p>mike:  that&#8217;s a good diet.<br />
mike:  so do you listen to music when you work out?<br />

<p>Nino:  Always.  Without my Ipod I would be lost.  There have been days when I get to the gym and realize that I have left my ipod and home and I go back to get it.</p>
<p>mike:  lol, i hear ya.  what type of music do you listen to mostly when working out?</p>
<p>Nino:  Italian music (not that old stuff that you hear in Italian restaurants ahaha)  or Reggaeton</p>
<p>mike:  lol, gotcha<br />
mike:  well i am glad we had a chance to find out a little more about you.  before we wrap it up is there anything you want readers to know about you?  it can be anything at all.  or nothing at all.</p>
<p>Nino:  ahaha nothing is coming to mind as of right now so we better leave it as nothing at all</p>
<p>mike:  ha, ok.  i know that question can kind of throw people off.  but that&#8217;s what&#8217;s great about it is some of the answers you get!</p>
<p>Nino:  Its almost midnight over here so my brain isnt working at its max, and after spending all day at the beach all I gotta say is life is going good for me!</p>
<p>mike:  well i can defintely go with that.<br />
mike: and must be nice being at the beach all day I am sure there&#8217;s going to be a few envious people reading that!<br />
mike: and on that note i&#8217;ll let you get some sleep since it&#8217;s the middle of the night there - thanks again for taking the time to do the interview!</p>
