Ripped Abs
This is Ryan, and although I saw his photos awhile back I never had a chance to connect with him to get more information on him. Well I finally got his bio, and although I normally don’t like self-photos in the mirror I will make exceptions if they are good enough quality. And in this case I really wanted to get some photos of Ryan up. Ryan said his bodyfat is only 3.4% which is definitely cool, you can see from his photos how built and ripped someone can look with such low bodyfat - he looks great. I would like to get additional photos of Ryan to post so I am working with him on that.
For now, here’s Ryan’s photos and bio:

Hey my name is Ryan Lowery, I am 19 years old, born in RAF Lakenheath England, my father was an AirForce pilot so I moved around my whole life. Being an athlete in highschool really inspired me to stive to be the best which got me very into weight lifting and fitness training.

My workout routine varies from week to week, it really depends on what I believe I need to work on to stay as proportionate as possible.
You have to have somthing that pumps you up when you are lifting, music in my opinion is the best way to do that. Personal favorites include Eminem, tupac, and lil wayne.
My plan is to become a model and make enough money to get myself out to LA Cali and work my way up in the modeling world there. At the moment I spend the majority of my day in my gym, which I am also employed at. Other hobbies include modeling, and riding motorcycles.
One additional thing that is very beneficial to Ryan is that he is tall - 6′1″, so he’s in the perfect height range. I think Ryan has a lot going to for him, and hope to see more of him in the future. If I can get more photos of Ryan i’ll be posting ‘em!

All-American Muscle
This is Jake, who’s photos I recently had a chance to review and really liked, and decided I wanted him on the site. Especially since he took the time to get some really good photos taken!
So one thing I always have in the back of my mind is when I add a new model or aspiring model is that I don’t say something idiotic and embarrass them or myself because I obviously think they have the kind of physique or look (or both) to eventually make a name for themselves in fitness or fashion or entertainment or whatever it may be that they would like to pursue. Well in Jake’s case I really don’t think I have to say anything at all, because these photos speak for themselves.
Along with his photos is Jake’s bio, and when I have more time I would like to do an online interview with Jake because I wouldn’t be surprised to see more of him in the future….
My name is Jake, and I am 25 years old and I live in the midwestern USA. I am a full-time registered nurse and I am a part-time personal trainer. I have a beautiful wife of almost three years. I have one year left of Graduate School.
What inspired you to get into weightlifting or fitness?
Sports inspired me. I remember vividly one night as a sophomore in high school as I was working out on a small home gym; I thought to myself I would religiously try to workout everyday to get stronger for football and basketball. From then on, it became apart of my daily routine.
A normal workout routine for me is and two body part split i.e. (back and chest), I usually try to hit each major muscle group once a week, maybe twice depending on my fitness goals. I usually try to complete 3-4 exercises per muscle group 3-4 sets of 6-12 repetitions; again it depends on my goals. I try to do some sort of Cardio exercise, hitting the heavy bag, basketball, rowing machine, or racquetball; three days for 30mins or so.
What kind of music do you like for working out?
Music, it just varies depending on my mood. Usually, I like fast pace music that will get the blood flowing and gets me focused; Eminem, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Lil’ Wanye.
What are your other hobbies outside of fitness?
I like to play golf, fish, and play the guitar. I also enjoy spending time with my wife and family and going to football games.
What are your goals for the future?
I have a lot of them, but the main goal I have is to do something I love and to give my wife and I and our future children the financial freedom to do what we want, when we want to do it!
My two Life Philosophies:
1. Tell me I can’t do something, I will prove you wrong or die trying.
2. I’m not afraid to die, I’m afraid of not living to the fullest.
And as usual, I saved the best pic for last, although in this case I really like both of the last two pics. Jake photographs really well and has a good range of looks which I think will help him out a lot, should he decide to further pursue modeling or some other area of fitness and/or entertainment.
