After getting really busy with some other projects I am going to try and get caught up on the site.  Unfortunately my email inbox also got so much web marketing spam that I was unable to receive emails for awhile, but I think I have that problem taken care of for now.  Anyway first man up is Sean who sent me his bio awhile back but I didn’t have a chance to post it.   You can see his pics and read about him below…

My names Sean and im 20 years old from midwest. I was inspired to get into weightlifting after seeing how inportant it is to be able to defend yourself as well as women find it appealing.

My normal workout routine consists of upper body and lower body two days a week as well as I unload trucks so that pretty much fills in the other days and you should at least have two days rest in between heavy lifting. I have never done any competitve contets althogh I do like to watch the strongman competition because it shows what the human mind is capeable of.

My goals for future are find a career that suits my qualifications and interests do some traveling and enjoy life and everyone in it.Music for working out id have to say any rock or rapp anything to get you in good spirits and clear headed.  My other hobbies outside of working out are watching sports playing counter strike on my pc and hanging out with my girlfriend and friends.

 

Advice for gains make sure you takeing a multi vitamin and protein I have take BSN No Explode as well as a Omega 3 for brain and heart health the NO Explode for preworkout only thow.Most inportantly work hard and lift smart eat a balanced diet and get atleast 7hrs of sleep and you should see inprovements within yourself.

Since I like to save the best photo for last, here’s the one I liked best for Sean because it shows character.  Which the world could use more of these days.
