Cali Model AJ Chauhan
AJ is a great looking aspiring fitness model from California. Here’s his bio with more info:
Stats:
Height: 5’7”,
weight: 150 LBS,
Biceps:15 inches,
Chest:37 inches,
neck:14.5 in,
waist: 29-30 in
Location: San Francisco, CA
Age: 27
Bio: I went to University of Louisiana at Lafayette & got my bachelors in electrical engineering. I’m currently working as Systems Analyst in SF downtown. It’s funny how I got into workouts, I had a sports scholarship in school. I worked as a student manager with the football team. And then just picked up on the workout routine with them & it took me three months to start seeing results. I used to weigh 120 lbs.
Workout routine:
my workout routine is very rigid. I try not workout the same muscle twice in a row,
Mon/Fri – Chest/Bi
Tue – Legs (strictly lowers body)
Wed – Back/tri
Thru – Shoulders (mix it up with legs)
Sat – Play sports either volleyball/basketball/tennis
Sun – break
Diet: I keep it real simple, not anything fancy. My motto about diet is “Go Green” so green vegetables a must for me! Yoghurt mixed up with nuts, rice w/ gravy(lunch) , fruits( I love to get high on natural sugar), grilled/roasted chicken. And my fave desert is ‘Sticky rice and mango’ can’t go without it.
I’m very outgoing; Enjoy life as it comes. And I’m very big on positive attitude!
As an aspiring model, I have been fortunate enough to work with some great photographers. My modeling portfolio is a work in progress. I want to do more on fitness, spread awareness through my work. May be get on sports Illustrated cover one day
Fitness modeling definitely is my main focus, having said that I would still like work for prints, editorial shoots, high end fashion, and clothing catalog shooting.
Anyway as you can see I saved AJ’s best pic for last (at least in my opinion).
